Embed paywise debt collection into your platform. Onboard customer companies and their users, then manage collection for those companies through one integration.

What you can do

  • Onboard companies and their users. Create customer companies or connect existing paywise accounts, maintain company details, and manage their users and invitations.
  • Manage collection for your customers. Submit claims, follow case progress, and retrieve financial statements through the Case Management API.
  • Keep your platform updated. Receive webhook notifications when company access changes, users join or leave, or collection cases progress.
The Partner API handles companies and their users; the Case Management API handles their collection cases. Your partner key works with both: select the customer company whenever you call the Case Management API on its behalf.

Choose an onboarding experience

Hosted onboarding

Send customers to a paywise flow to enter company details or connect an existing account, and authorize your platform to act for them.

API-only onboarding

The onboarding options available to your integration are agreed with paywise during partner setup.

Get started

  1. Create a paywise account, or sign in to your existing account.
  2. Open Für Entwickler → Partner werden and submit the partner application. paywise reviews it and agrees the onboarding options with you.
  3. Once approved, enter Für Entwickler → Zur Sandbox and create a partner API key in the sandbox portal. See the sandbox setup for details.
  4. Follow the Partner quickstart to create a test company with a user and its first collection draft. For the hosted route, follow the hosted onboarding guide.
